Team Expertise Alan Terpolilli, PE

Mr. Terpolilli has over twenty five years experience in construction management/contract administration, program management, commercial, government and DoD construction, scheduling, safety, quality control, claims analysis and alternative disputes resolution on major and minor project-construction-sites in the United States and Overseas, ranging in cost from $200K to $93M. While serving 20 years as an officer in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps he has acquired experience as a project manager/engineer performing and supervising project scheduling, cost estimates, construction safety plans and design reviews. He also has experience in facilities management, project development, team supervision, and instruction. He has directly led teams coordinating the development of significant government facilities overseas, working as an Officer-in-Charge at Midway Island, Tinian Island, Bermuda and Guam. He has managed commercial-scope building projects, which included budgeting and scheduling of quality control work, supervision of engineers and technicians; review and distribution of technical reports, along with developing and implementing Safety Plans.
