The MBP Team provides the following services:
- Program Support
MBP has a long standing track record for providing our clients with superior Program Managers. MBP's experience on projects totals more than $11 billion in construction value has earned us the privilege of being ranked by Engineering News Record Top 100 Construction Management Firms in the United States. But a key differentiator for MBP on that list of firms is that program management is the focus of our practice - not an adjunct service as part of a design or construction firm. Program management integrates all facets of the construction process - from project inception, planning, and design to construction and occupancy. Staff Augmentation contracts have unique requirements that the MBP Team is highly experienced at supporting. Team integration skills are just as critical as the technical capabilities of the contract support staff. Our goal is to provide staff that are seamlessly and fully integrated who can lead technical and support staff to successful project completion.
- Quality Assurance Support
MBP can augment facility staff in a supporting role to the program manager. Quality Assurance Consultants can manage multiple projects, coordinate task schedules and project budgets. MBP will work with all key staff including the owner, engineers, contractors, and the public throughout the process. A successful project requires coordination and cooperation among all of the parties, which includes an organized flow of information and guidance through rational and timely decisions. Individual support services include: constructibility reviews, cost estimating and value engineering, CPM scheduling, construction inspection, commissioning, project closeout, and claims analysis and disputes resolution.
- Training Support
MBP can provide valuable training in cost estimating, scheduling, project controls, claims analysis and dispute resolution, as well as seminars on cost/schedule/risk benefits as related to project delivery methods. MBP recognizes that providing our clients with the tools necessary to make informed decisions is the greatest value we bring to project teams.
