 MBP has successfully provided project management services for a wide range of K - 12 educational facilities. Our involvement has included preplanning, design and construction phase services. We have provided design and constructibility reviews, budget management and cost control, cost estimating, project inspection, and construction program administration.
 MBP’s engineers have performed as project managers, resident engineers and project inspectors, independent cost consultants, or technical experts.
Our support can span the entire project life, or we can be called upon selectively as your needs require, including: initial planning and feasibility, design phase, construction phase, closeout and occupancy, and, if necessary, post-construction services including claims resolution.
