Project Manager/Shareholder
Steve Pancham has more than 19 years experience on heavy civil and building construction projects in construction management, providing CPM scheduling, cost estimating, and claims analysis. This includes extensive experience in bridge design, roadway construction, building renovation and site infrastructure including IT infrastructure. He has performed engineering and inspection services for emergency retrofit projects to repair structures damaged by earthquakes and program management during Hurricane Katrina. Steve is certified to perform material testing and has specialized experience with foundations, substructures, and structural steel erection.
