Paul O. Lee, Senior Project Manager
Paul Lee has more than thirty-five years experience in construction administration and design, with a wide variety of experience in highway construction. He has specialized experience in contract administration, project close-out and training, and has more than thirty-one years experience with the Virginia Department of Transportation specializing in roadway design, project close-out and contract administration. As manager of MBP's Roanoke Branch office, he oversees a variety of transportation and building programs, providing direct client coordination and quality assurance for a staff of 30 construction professionals.
