Director of Commissioning Services
Jim Mascaro, PE, CCP has led MBP’s commissioning services team since 2005. He has more than 28 years experience in the construction industry working as a Construction Manager for commercial, institutional and hi-tech communications facilities. Mascaro provides commissioning services throughout the Southeast and manages PM/CM assignments for MBP clients such as Norfolk State University, City of Chesapeake Department of Economic Development, and the City of Portsmouth.
