John Koplaski has more than 20 years of broad experience in design and construction with multi-disciplinary architectural/engineering and construction management firms. He possesses thorough knowledge of architectural and engineering practice and manages large construction programs on behalf of Owners. John's specialized expertise includes structural engineering design and analysis, CPM scheduling, analysis and resolution of construction claims, and expert testimony. Project experience includes multi-story buildings, hospitals and
laboratories, educational facilities, parking structures, industrial facilities, residential structures, transportation and site
development. He has had hands-on responsibility for program and construction management, feasibility studies, master planning, design
and design review, production of contract drawings and specifications, bidding and bid packaging, cost estimating, shop drawing review, schedule review and analysis, and oversight of design and construction teams.
