Program Manager for Transportation/CEI
Dan Owens has more than 30 years construction inspection/management experience on Virginia Department of Transportation and other highway, bridge, and commercial projects. His experience includes work as a Land Developer's project manager, scheduling and coordinating the work of subcontractors and suppliers. He is a VDOT certified inspector and has specific experience with VDOT permit inspection and bond release throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland.
