 Christopher J. Payne, PE, CCM, Vice President, Regional Manager
Christopher Payne has 20 years experience in construction management and design, with a wide variety of experience including construction field management, inspection, CPM scheduling, and cost estimating. He has specialized experience in resolution of construction disputes, including analysis of delays and has provided expert testimony locally and internationally. He regularly consults with a diverse range of owners on project controls and management issues resolving complex cost and scheduling issues on commercial and residential buildings, airports and highway facilities.
Prior to joining MBP, he gained six years experience with the Virginia Department of Transportation specializing in planning, design, and maintenance of bridges and structures with additional experience developing software. As Regional Manager for the Washington, DC Metropolitan region, he oversees a variety of building and transportation programs, providing direct client coordination and quality assurance for a staff of 70 construction professionals.
Christopher Payne holds a M.E., Civil Engineering and a B.S., Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.
