Charles Bolyard, Jr., PSP, CFCC has more than 30 years experience providing construction management services for owners, contractors and A/E firms. He has represented public and private Owners in various construction management capacities on mass transit, heavy highway and bridge, process and treatment plants, infrastructure, and building facility projects. For contractors and subcontractors, he has served as estimator, scheduler, project manager, field supervisor and trade coordinator on heavy civil works and infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience for owners and contractors in temporary works, CPM scheduling, cost estimating, bidding, cost confidence, constructibility review, on-site and program management, construction claims analysis, expert testimony and dispute resolution.
