| Senior Project Manager |

Main Duties:
- Capable of managing project managers, multiple teams and multiple assignments, taking projects from conception to completion. Providing quality assurance reviews throughout projects.
- Expanded involvement in business development, actively involved with long term development and corporate initiatives. Prepares, monitors and manages client project budgets.
Work Experience:
- Minimum ten (10) years work related experience.
- Extensive construction experience as project manager or construction manager for construction manager, contractor, owner, developer or designer. Evidence of progressive career development and demonstrated expertise in leading large projects of project teams.
- B.S. in engineering, or related field. Professional registration, other specific certification such as CCM, CFCC or advanced specialized technical knowledge.
- Detailed knowledge of construction, principles of construction management and project controls, with specialized knowledge in several areas including scheduling, cost estimating, documentation, contract administration, construction techniques. Knowledge of personnel and project management techniques including budgeting, leadership, training and business development.
Skills/Requirements:
- Report writing, client coordination, and carrying out assignments from conception to completion.
- Proficiency with many softwares including Microsoft Office programs, Claims Analysis Resolution, and/or SureTrak. Competent PRIMAVERA skills and a fundamental understanding of Earned Value methodologies and analysis.
