| Senior Engineer |

Main Duties:
- Project assignments including on-site representation of client, project documentation, estimating, scheduling, plan review, research of records.
- Capable of leading effort on mid- to large projects. Frequently initiating client contact and often a primary interface with clients. Working within project budgets and providing leadership on project teams.
Work Experience:
- Minimum ten (10) years work related experience.
- Evidence of progressive career development and demonstrated expertise in construction management, project management, engineering design or related field.
- B.S. in engineering, advanced degree preferred. PE preferred, other specific certification such as CCM, EIT, CCE, CVS. Engineering principles, principles of construction management and project controls, with specialized knowledge in several areas including scheduling, cost estimating, documentation, contract administration, construction techniques. Solid understanding of all of MBP's services.
Skills/Requirements:
- Providing leadership and training of others in areas of specialized expertise.
- Capable of managing multiple assignments. Operating at level of expert in one or more service areas with "no error" capabilities of final work product.
