Main Duties:
- Operating at expert level and recognized by peers as a leader in selected services. Enhancing MBP's growth and development in area of expertise. Key point of contact with clients.
- Obtain advanced training, maintain certifications and recertifications. Expanded involvement in business development, active participation in company initiatives, project management on small to mid-size projects. May prepare, monitor and manage client project budgets.
Work Experience:
- Minimum ten (10) years work related experience.
- B.S. degree in related field. Appropriate certifications and/or registrations in area of expertise, such as CCE, CCC, and CPE desired, but not required. Principles of construction management and project controls, with specialized knowledge in several areas including scheduling, estimating, documentation, contract administration, construction techniques. Solid understanding of all of MBP's services.
Skills/Requirements:
- Providing leadership and training of others in areas of specialized expertise.
Capable of managing multiple assignments.
- Operating at level of expert in one or more service areas with responsibility for final work product.
- Evidence of progressive career development in one or more service areas and demonstrated expertise in these areas.
