Main Duties:
- Direct accountability for multiple client relationships.
- Ensure quality of service delivery.
- Communicate regularly with Director, Technical Services.
- Apply technical service standards and proprietary software database.
- Maintain client satisfaction – externally and internally.
- Project and report financial results.
Education and Knowledge:
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- Minimum 5 years related experience.
- Strong analytical and forward thinking skills.
- Demonstrated time management skills, resulting in the ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize time and resources accordingly.
- Familiarity with industry standards of the NFPA (National Fire Protection Assoc.) and the NEC (National Electrical Code) for the proper installation of electrical wiring systems.
