| Construction Manager/Project Engineer |

Qualifications:
Field Inspection experience, CPM scheduling, cost estimating, constructability review knowledge.
Education/Knowledge:
- BS Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- NICET, EIT or other professional/technical registrations a plus.
Main Duties:
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans, using Project and/or Primavera software.
- Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
- Prepare construction projects by verifying estimates, project drawings, and specifications; establishing and disseminating schedules, obtaining tools and equipment; specifying materials and supplies.
- Provide construction progress reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing construction and budget data and trends.
Additional Duties:
Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
