Please note that nothing contained in the benefits plans described herein shall be held or construed to create a promise of employment or future benefits, or a binding contract between MBP and its Team Members or their dependents, for benefits or for any other purpose. MBP reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, modify or terminate, in whole or in part, any or all of the provisions of the benefit plans described herein, including any health benefits that may be extended to dependents.

   

 Medical Insurance

The plan provides major medical coverage for full time Team Members and their dependents. MBP pays 100% of the premiums.

 Dental Insurance

The plan provides dental coverage for full time Team Members and dependents. MBP pays 100% of the premiums.

 Vision Insurance

The plan provides regular eye examinations and benefits toward vision care expenses including, eyeglass lenses and frames, or contact lenses, up to a designated dollar amount. MBP pays 100% of the premiums.

 Life Insurance

Group life insurance coverage provides two times your salary up to $150,000. Team Members also have the option to purchase supplemental term life insurance.

 Disability

Short-Term Disability Insurance: short term disability coverage provides salary continuation benefits at 60% of your weekly base pay up to a plan maximum if you are disabled for a short period of time due to a non work-related illness or injury. Team Members also have the option to purchase supplemental income protection insurance.

Long-Term Disability Insurance: long term disability coverage provides salary continuation benefits at 60% of your monthly income up to a plan maximum in the event you are unable to work due to a disability caused by an accident or sickness.

 401(K) Profit Sharing

The MBP 401(k) Plan is an excellent opportunity for you to plan for the future. Our plan offers a full range of investment options. Eligible Team Members may contribute up to the annual IRS dollar limit.

 Flexible Spending

Healthcare Flexible Spending Account: Eligible Team Members can contribute up to $5,000 per year in pre-tax dollars to help pay for eligible health care expenses.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account: Eligible Team Members can contribute up to $5,000 per year in pre-tax dollars to help pay for eligible dependent day care expenses.

Mass Transit/Parking Flexible Spending Account: Eligible Team Members can contribute up to $230 per month in pre-tax dollars to help pay for eligible expenses.

 Time Off with Pay

Vacation: Full time MBP Team Members are eligible for 80 hours (10 days) of vacation with pay within their first year of employment. Vacation is added in increments for each subsequent year of employment for a maximum of 20 days per year at the eleventh year and beyond.

Sick Leave: Full time Team Members are eligible for 80 hours (10 days) of sick leave with pay during each calendar year.

Holidays: Full time Team Members are eligible for seven (7) holidays with pay per year. In addition to the seven holidays, the firm provides three “floating” holidays per calendar year for individual use.

 Additional Benefits

Long-Term Care Insurance: Long term care insurance is designed to help pay for long term care services, such as professional home care or care in a nursing home or assisted living facility. Team Members can purchase long term care insurance at a group discounted rate.

Tuition Reimbursement: Tuition Reimbursement: Full-time Team Members, having served at least six months with the Company, are eligible for reimbursement of the cost of approved career-related educational expenses (up to $4,000 per year) associated with taking college or university courses, professional licenses or certifications. Reimbursement is based upon successful course, certification, or license completion.

Direct Deposit: MBP Team Members have the option of direct deposit of their payroll to their personal checking account.

Emergency Travel Assistance: 24-hour-a-day emergency medical and legal referral services are available for Team Members and their immediate family who are traveling 100 miles or more from home or to another country for business or pleasure.

Team Member Referral Program: MBP is always looking for qualified Team Members and appreciates recommendations made by existing Team Members. If you recommend someone who is hired on a full-time, regular basis and who remains in good standing, you are eligible to be paid a recruiting bonus. The current referral fee for a full-time Team Member is $2,000.

Awards: MBP recognizes outstanding efforts/results and grants the following Awards: MBP Team Member of the Year, Branch Team Member of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Mentor of the Year. Also, awarded on a regular basis are Values Awards.

Fitness Reimbursement Plan: Two thirds of the initial membership fee (not to exceed $100.00), two thirds of the initial membership fee for an existing membership (not to exceed $100.00) and two thirds of the monthly dues (not to exceed $30.00 per month).

Employee Assistance Program: MBP offers a voluntary and professional service that provides information, counseling and referral services to all eligible Team Members and their dependents who need help with emotional, financial, marital, legal, drug and alcohol and other problems that impact your life or work.
